Blueberry Banana Protein Muffins
So full of flavour and nutrients!
Introduction
Exciting new recipe to share using Arbonne’s FeelFit Pea Protein! It’s no secret that I love a good muffin that is mess free and gobbled up by the babies – bonus points for being nutrient dense!
Luckily protein powder is not destroyed by heating or baking (no more than naturally found protein). One tip however is to make sure you have enough moisture in the batter. Some of the best ingredients for adding moisture include applesauce, pumpkin puree, greek yogurt or cottage cheese.

Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 3/4 cup wild blueberries, frozen
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line or grease muffin tins.
2. Mash bananas in a bowl and add to that the melted butter – combine using a whisk. Next up add in sugar, egg & vanilla, mix until incorporated.
3. Add in the oats, flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk together. Lastly, fold in the frozen wild blueberries.
4. Spoon in the batter, filling to the top. This recipe yields 36 mini muffins.
5. Bake for 22-24 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and transfer to a cooling rack.
