Buffalo Chicken Dip
This dip is a must-have for any nibbly spread.
Introduction
This dip is a must have for any nibbly spread. It’s creamy, cheesy and packs a punch! The beauty about this dish is that you can make it ahead of time and then bake it right before guests arrive so it’s bubbly warm!

Ingredients
- 1 package of cream cheese softened
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (I just use the rotisserie chicken from the grocery store)
- 3/4 cup Franks Red Hot
- 3/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 tbsp of ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup white onion finely diced
- 3/4 cup shredded Tex Mex cheese
- Green onions
✖️Preheat oven to 350 degrees
✖️Mix together chicken, franks, cream cheese, cheese, ranch, onions, seasoning and lots of salt and pepper. I often rip the cream cheese up into smaller pieces so it’s easier to mix. Pour into shallow 1-quart baking dish
✖️Bake for 25 mins uncovered. Give the mixture a stir halfway
Garnish with green onions and serve with your favorite tortilla chips and celery sticks. I usually put out additional veggies, crackers, breads for dipping!
