Super decadent pasta is a mealtime favorite!


This super decadent pasta is a meal time favorite! Might even get wild and have it for Christmas dinner this year because #2020 I was lucky enough to take a cooking lesson from a local chef (best birthday gift ever!) This was his dish – he learned it while living in Italy over the summer. Delicious!!

Buttery Fettucini


  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1-2 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • 1-1 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 250g papparadelle noodles

✖️Begin by boiling noodles – following directions on package (roughly 8 mins)

✖️While noodles are boiling add your butter, egg yolks, garlic and Parmesan to a bowl. You don’t need to mix everything together – we will do this once the pasta is cooked

✖️Once noodles are cooked, using tongs, pick noodles up and put them into your bowl with butter etc. You want the noodles to be hot & wet – this helps create the sauce 

✖️Mix everything together – incorporating the cheese, butter, egg. I find tongs work really well to incorporate all your ingredients. Add in salt and pepper. Feel free to add some of your boiled pasta water to make it extra saucy!

Dish up! That’s it that’s all!

I like to add some fresh chopped thyme and parsley to mine. As well as a few chili flakes
