Fruity Chocolate Bark

Quick and easy treat – sweet, salty, savoury – checks all the boxes.

Introduction

Quick and easy treat – sweet, salty, savoury – checks all the boxes. An easy treat you can make with your kiddos, takes no time at all. I had a ton of chocolate leftover from our fondue picnic so thought we would try turning it into bark. You can get creative with this as well – using strawberries, cereals, sprinkles, nuts – seriously anything goes!

Fruity Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup craisins
  • 1/2 cup pretzels

✖️Melt your milk chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave, until nice and smooth. I microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stir, microwave for another 30 seconds

✖️Lay a piece of parchment down on a cookie sheet, pour your milk chocolate onto the parchment

✖️Sprinkle with craisins, pomegranate and crushed up pretzels

Freeze!

✖️You can break the bark a part or cut with a knife – freeze the remainders and pull out when you need a sweet treat!

enjoy xo
