Peanut Butter Marshmallow Squares
Super classic Christmas staple.
Introduction
Super classic Christmas staple. I always start my holiday baking with these – probably because they’re so simple! This year, with everyone stuck at home, baking supplies are hard to come by. I’ve used a variety of combinations for the treats – white chocolate, milk chocolate, salted caramel chips.
Sky is the limit!

Ingredients
- One bag of peanut butter chips
- One bag of butterscotch chips
- Smooth peanut butter
- One bag of mini marshmallows
✖️Line a casserole dish with parchment paper, set aside. One trick to getting the parchment to stick, add a couple little dabs of butter to the dish and press your parchment down on it – this will help keep it in place. The size of the dish doesn’t matter – the larger the dish is, the thinner your squares will be. If you use a smaller dish, the squares will turn out thicker but you can always cut them in half.
✖️In a microwave safe bowl, combine –
- Whole bag of pb chips
- Whole bag of butterscotch chips
- 1 1/3 cup peanut butter
Melt for 30 sec, take out and stir. Repeat until mixture is completely melted and smooth
✖️Fold in one bag of marshmallows
✖️Once you have your mixture, pour into dish – make sure it’s even
✖️Place in freezer for 1 hour. Cut into squares and enjoy!
