Introduction
This sweet little treat checks all the boxes – sweet, salty, soft, chewy and best of all – topped with mini eggs! The pretzel crust is so soft, the centre is nice and gooey and of course the chocolate on top seals the deal. Minimal ingredients make this an easy treat the kids will love to make!

Ingredients
- 3 cups of pretzels
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- 12 dates (soaked for at least an hour)
- 3/4 cup melted peanut butter
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini eggs
✖️Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line an 8’x8′ baking dish with parchment paper
✖️Add pretzels and oats to a food processor and pulse into semi-fine crumbs. Add in melted butter and honey and continue pulsing until the mixture starts to hold together. Press the crust into baking dish so it’s nice and flat. Transfer to the oven and bake for 10 mins
✖️Meanwhile, melt peanut butter in the microwave and combine it with the soaked dates and hemp in the food processor. The mixture should be thick and sticky
