This chocolates are as gorgeous to look at, as they are tasty! White chocolate has a certain decadence to it – when mixed with fruit – is so so divine.

  • White chocolate chips
  • Craisins
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Silicone moulds or cupcake liners
  • Coconut oil

✖️Begin by melting your chips along with 1 tbsp coconut oil. Melt for 30 sec, take out and stir – repeat until smooth

If your using paper liners, double up – otherwise lay your molds out on a baking tray

✖️Fill each mold with one scoop of the chocolate – you want the bark to be fairly thin

✖️Sprinkle craisins and pumpkin seeds. Stick tray in the fridge, freezer, or outside!

Remove from molds and enjoy!
