No-Bake Marshmallow Easter Crunch Bars

Description

These ooey gooey marshmallow cereal bars are the perfect way to celebrate the Easter season. Deliciously crunchy and decadently delicious – best part? No bake!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted butter
  • 500 g (2 bags) of marshmallows
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups Shreddies
  • 3 cups Cinnamon Chex
  • 3 cups pretzels
  • 1 cup mini eggs
  • 2 tbsp Easter sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×13″ baking dish with parchment paper and coat with non-stick spray, set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, add Shreddies, Cinnamon Chex and pretzels. I like to break up the pretzels so I don’t have large pieces in each bites.
  3. In a large pot, melt the butter, salt and marshmallows together. on medium low heat. Continually stir the marshmallows and butter together – approximately 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla.
  5. Add the cereals and pretzels into the melted marshmallows until fully coated. Gently fold in the Mini Eggs [you’ll want to do this quickly so you avoid the chocolate melting completely!]
  6. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, gently press down and top with sprinkles
  7. Allow to set for 30 minutes before cutting and serving
